BPO is an acronym that stands for Business Process Outsourcing. Put simply, it is the practice of hiring another company to perform a process that your own business needs to operate. In other words, you’re using a third party to handle non-primary business activities for your company. And that’s our newest client who needs an agency. Our BPO client is a growing firm that specializes in customer service, call centers and IT support for major clients including several large online retail companies, education and testing companies, then gaming platforms (to name a few). Other BPO’s are Accenture, Infosys, Concentrix and many more. Our database doesn’t offer category BPO, so need your help. If you have, or even have had BPO experience, let us know ASAP.
